Our Easy Return Process – Store Credit Only
We want you to love your new tee! Because each shirt is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong one. If that happens, just reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right!

Step-by-Step Return Instructions:
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return for store credit. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for print quality issues. Your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and original packaging.
- Start Your Return: Email us at jackie@jackie-ellis.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. You will also be required to submit pictures or videos of the product.
- Approval Process: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to mail your package. Any items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
- Shipping Back: Mail the item back using the provided shipping label. We will process your store credit within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at jackie@jackie-ellis.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom products and personalized items are non-returnable.
Exchanges: We do not process exchanges.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds. All returns are for store credit only.
